What is your Return Policy?

Thrilled products are custom made and printed just for you. Because of this, we are only able to accept retuns due to print or garment defects. For sizing issues please contact support.

When will I receive my products?

Every product is created on demand just for you. Thrilled uses multiple vendors to produce its high quality product. Each vendor and product type may be produced and shipped separately.

How do I find my size?

On each product page there is an image explaining the sizing for that product.

Where is my order?

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after you order has been shipped. Each item should have a tracking number (if you chose a shipping method with tracking.) If you believe that your order has been lost in the mail please contact support.

Please note: All Thrilled orders ship from the USA. Shipments outside of the US can take a few extra days, and can often be delayed by the receiving country's customs department.
